PICMG MainBoard

Users usually use 1.3 PICMG industrial motherboards when the slots on the motherboards no longer meet their needs and they need more PCI and PCIe slots. Since these motherboards do not have these slots, an industrial package must be used to use these motherboards. The backplane is a slot plate on which both the motherboard and the cards are mounted. The bases of this type of motherboard, which are placed in the backplane slot, consist of two PCIe and two PCI, and usually they can communicate with the PCI and PCIe cards that are placed on the backplane. It is not possible to connect these motherboards with ISA slots.
